I am a Nurse Coach, certified and trained to guide clients through recognizing current limitations, concerns, and challenges, define core values to align with goal setting to enhance a sense of purpose and engagement with life, problem-solving to gain insight toward behavior/habit change and much more.
I believe it is important to find activities that provide a stress outlet for you. These can be simple such as card games, reading, gardening, cooking, watching movies, or more engaging such as running, yoga, bicycling, swimming, hiking, or perhaps even something such as is offered with traveling to someplace new to experience the culture, history, art, outdoor spaces or more. Perhaps volunteerism is your thing. Learn something new such as speaking a new language, a new skill or begin a project that you’ve been waiting to start. Any active engagement that offers you joy or a release or escape that can support a better mindset is necessary for each of us.
I offer packages for co-created coaching sessions at a minimum of 8 weeks commitment (generally intended to meet weekly). Packages can be expanded per our discussion and agreement as we determine further need. These sessions generally can take place remotely or in person if more convenient for you (if you are local). Packages are expected to be paid in full up front, are non-refundable and do require us to sign an agreement document to maintain accountability, promote active self-discovery, practice self-discipline, and create sustainable change.
There are no outcome guarantees; you will get out of this process what you invest in yourself. I do not offer you answers but guide you through a process to support you in discovering your answers to live your best life. This process requires dedicated commitment on your behalf.
Our partnership is 100% confidential and I offer a safe nonjudgmental space for you to deeply explore yourself, your struggles, your dreams, and your needs from where you are now in this unique life you get to live, to discover your own purpose.

I offer services for client and family advocacy using relevant and functional tools to bring a fresh holistic perspective to restore focus on compassion and care inside the health and wellness journey whether you are experiencing acute or chronic illness, or need to process information or a situation. The ultimate goal is to help lessen the stress and offer more peace of mind through assisting to clarifying information through chart review, literature review, attending appointments or seeking information for medication/treatment options and restoring balance in mind, body, spirit, emotions, and environment for optimal well-being.
The opportunity to participate in Nurse Coaching couldn’t have come at a better time as I have come to a crossroads having lost my job as a result of pandemic challenges. This was the support I needed to be courageous enough to discover my next chapters in my life. Shelley and I connected right away, our conversations were honest, sincere, and nonjudgmental and allowed me to consider living my dreams with intention. This experience has been truly eye-opening and healthy for my personal self-growth. Through this experience, I’ve been able to specifically recognize some of my anxieties that promote my procrastination; the barriers that prevent me from reaching my goals. I have discovered methods and new tools to explore/practice that lessen or resolve these.
